Dog Walking
(from £11 for a group walk):
Exercise is vital to a dog’s health and
well-being and dogs can benefit a great deal from
socialising with others.
Walkies & More will transport your dog
from home to be exercised in a suitable open space (such
as Oxleas Wood, Greenwich Park, Shrewsbury Park, Eltham
Park and East Wickham). Whenever possible the dogs
are transported in one of our fully caged and
air-conditioned vehicles. We walk the dogs for a minimum
of 45 minutes in small groups of no more than 4 dogs. We
restrict our group sizes in order to maintain control
and adequate supervision. We encourage ‘good manners’
and basic training on all our dog walks.
We take time to get to know and
understand your dog so that we can integrate them into a
suitable group of “friends”. For this reason we prefer
to walk dogs for a minimum of 3 times a week. Occasional
walking is available on a more limited basis.
Whilst we prefer to walk dogs off lead
(with owner’s permission), we understand that for some
dogs this isn’t possible. Walkies & More can offer a
more individual service for those dogs that need to be
walked on-lead.
Puppy Care
(from £12 per 30 minute home
visit):
For young puppies we offer a home
visiting service. This will include play, feeding,
toileting and clearing up those little “accidents” as
necessary. We will also introduce basic commands, such
as, “sit”, “stay” and “come”, using treats and play.
After your puppy is fully vaccinated,
short socialising walks can be undertaken.
It varies as to what age dogs can join a
“grown up” walk, but this is normally between 5 and 6
months old.
Cat Feeding
(from £9.50 per visit lasting 20-30 minutes):

Walkies & More will care for your cat in your home
whilst you are away. We will feed your cat, wash
bowls, clean litter trays, offer your pet company,
play and some tender loving care. Where necessary we
can administer medication.
We will also check the house to ensure security is
maintained. We can also close/open curtains as
necessary, put bins out, etc.
We can also water plants inside and out, but this
may incur extra charge depending on quantity.
Pet Taxi
(From £15 a trip depending on locations):
Walkies & More offer a pet taxi service.
This service can be used to safely transport pets to
vets etc if you are unable to at the time. Please
contact us for more information.
Small animals
(From £9.50 a visit lasting 20-30 minutes):
We can visit to feed small animals when
required. If there are any special requirements we
will need to discuss this prior to visiting.
Unfortunately we are not able to care for some animals
with specialist requirements.
Keys
– we are happy to hold client keys in our secure system.
There is no charge for our initial meet and greet visit
at which keys are normally handed to us. For repeat
customers who do not wish us to keep keys, we ask for
them to be delivered to us prior to booking. We will
return them at our earliest convenience. If you
require us to collect keys there will be a charge for an
appointment.
